Durante aquele per\u00edodo, a empresa come\u00e7ou a focar fortemente em produtos voltados para educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Um dos projetos resultantes desse novo olhar sobre os produtos foi a metodologia Lego Serious Play (LSP).<\/p>\n<p>A metodologia seria usada inicialmente apenas entre os funcion\u00e1rios da Lego, mas acabou sendo abra\u00e7ada pelo mundo corporativo, como uma alternativa para incrementar processos de recrutamento, resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas e planejamento estrat\u00e9gico. Utilizada por empresas como Nasa, Coca-Cola, Disney e Google.<\/p>\n<p>A yBox tamb\u00e9m aproveitou a metodologia com #ybxolovers.<\/p>\n<p>Para come\u00e7ar 2020 com p\u00e9 direito, reunimos nesse m\u00eas todo o time para um dia de estrat\u00e9gias!<\/p>\n<p>Foi um dia leve, din\u00e2mico e de muito aprendizado.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Encerramos o dia com hamburgada do masterchef Marcos Balda.
